Fashion ads






      These photos focus on high street fashion advertising. I have noticed with this type of advertising it's common for the model wearing the clothes to take up majority of the photo space and just have a small logo of the shop name in the photos somewhere. 

  The second photo in this image bank is the most interesting for me as it does not even focus particularly on the clothes and you can't even see the girls faces in the picture. It a picture of girls sitting having glasses of wine. the wine takes up most of the picture, I think this picture is trying to show the lifestyle urban outfitters target audience leads this gives the advert a more original spin. I also think the dim lighting is effective in this case as it makes the text on the photo stand out. 

I don't particularly like the third picture in this image bank as it doesn't tell a consumer anything what they can expect from the brand and it's just quite plain in general. This is definitely one of American apparels weaker adverts.
